Before making your reservation

  • All registered guests must be 21 or older (Yes, children are welcome!).
  • There is a 72 hour cancellation policy. If violated, 1 nights room and tax will be charged to credit card provided.
  • Our property is 100% non-smoking and pet free.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy.
  • Please present proper I.D. when using a credit card.
  • At Check-In, we authorize room and tax. A $50 per stay authorization hold will be applied to every reservation for an incidental spend. If no incidental spends are acquired, these funds will be released upon Checkout.
  • Pool access is by wristband and for registered hotel guests only. Please be aware the maximum occupancy per room (4) guests.

Do you have Beach Chairs?

Lazy Days Beach Service rents sets of chaise lounges with an umbrella, cabanas, kayaks, and much more by the hour or day. You can set up rentals upon arrival though the beach service team or in advance online at www.lazydaysbeachrentals.com. They are available every day during the summer (weather permitting). Prices vary throughout the season.

Are non-registered guests allowed to use the hotel amenities?

Our amenities are available for hotel guests only. We want to make sure there is ample space for our guests to socially distance themselves. We welcome all non-registered guests to visit us at LandShark Landing, our open air beach bar and grille next door during business hours.

Do you have a hot tub or spa?

We do not have a hot tub or a spa, however, we do have the ability to provide in-room massages or you can visit our massage room here on site.  To schedule an appointment, contact David Ace at (727)238-2818.  

Is your pool indoor?

Our beautiful, heated zero entry pool is located outside.

Do you have a hotel shuttle or car service?

We do not, however, Pensacola Beach offers a complimentary trolley that travels the entire island from 4pm to 11pm daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

What’s the difference between the bay and the gulf?

Standard rooms are identical for both views. All Gulf rooms have a balcony and face south to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico (the beach) and the Bay or Sound rooms, with or without a balcony, face north to the breathtaking more scenic Little Sabine bay which is decorated with beautiful homes and cool boats!

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is at 4 pm or later and check out is by 11 am. If you arrive before 4 pm, please feel free to stop by to inform us you are on property. If we do not have a room available for check in at that time, please enjoy the facility until it is available.

Do you have multi-room suites? Pull out couches? What do you recommend for large families?

We would be honored to have your large family stay with us! Unfortunately, we do not have multi-room suites. The most comfortable solution is to book multiple rooms. The most bedding we have in one room is two queens. Our executive rooms do not have pull out couches and safety guidelines prevent the use of roll-a-ways in our double queen rooms.

Do you have daycare or babysitting services?

No, but we do have an array of family fun activities!

Do you offer in room gaming systems or DVD players?

No, but we do have an array of board games and family fun events like life size Jenga!

Are you directly on the beach?

Yes! Pensacola beach is a beautiful island and we are on the Gulf side. Our unique location gives us completely unobstructed views of Little Sabine bay or the Gulf of Mexico.

Are any rooms equipped with kitchens, microwaves, or refrigerators?

All rooms are equipped with a small fridge perfect for drinks, leftovers and snacks. Unfortunately, no rooms offer kitchenettes or microwaves but our Guest Service representatives are more than happy to microwave your leftovers or popcorn for you!

Are there any additional fees?

We do not have any additional fees. Your vacation experience with us is completely customizable and you are allowed to purchase any activity if and when you please. We do have a mandatory incidental charge deposit of $50 which is refundable upon checkout if no additional charges are made to your room.

Are you kid friendly?

Yes, yes, yes! We are proud of our family activities and being able to host everyone!

Are you pet friendly?

Unfortunately, not at this time as pets are not allowed on a majority of the island.

Is there a fee for parking?

No. You are free to park in the parking garage or in the parking lot of the hotel.

Do you have laundry service?

Not on site, but we do offer a send out service Monday - Friday. They provide a simple wash and fold and dry cleaning.
