Fitness Onboard offers workouts on paddleboards. The founder of Fitness Onboard, Cindi, along with her highly skilled set of instructors, teach Vinyasa Flow yoga, Pilates and an intense bootcamp workout for any fitness level. These workouts will help tone and strengthen your core muscles. The only requirement is that you can swim. More information about these classes may
be found below.
Classes begin May 7th and end September 29th, and will be offered 7 days a week. Class
participants must be 16 years of age or older, and 18 years or older to
rent paddleboards (those under 18 need parent or guardian supervision). Paddle board rentals are available May 12th through September 29th.
Classes are $25/session, and guests of the Margaritaville Beach Hotel
will receive a free hour paddleboard rental with each class purchase.
Classes are are open to the public, in addition to guests of the Hotel.
Guests of the Hotel may charge their classes to their room, and monthly
packages are available online at FitnessOnboard.com. In March and April paddleboards will be available for rent Friday through Sunday from 10am to 4pm.

Guided
tours aboard paddleboards are also available for $35 per person, per hour. A

Class descriptions:
Onboard Yoga
promises to relax and rejuvenate, strengthen and energize, enrich and
enliven your practice. Whether you are a newbie or have been practicing
for years - you will fall in love with yoga on the water.
Classes begin with a paddle warm-up to our destination. Then we nestle into a serene, tucked away cove for a Vinyasa Flow Class which finishes in an heavenly Savasana, while floating on the board. Class is wrapped up with a leisurely paddle back, at your own pace.
Onboard Boot Camp
provides a full body workout by combining paddle boarding with an
assortment of kinetic exercises such as push-ups, squats, planks and
mountain climbers. Our instructors are PaddleFit
certified and are guaranteed to help you overcome the boredom of a
regular gym routine, allowing physical and mental growth in a fun
setting! SUP boot camp is for all fitness levels.
Onboard Pilates is a perfect combination of core strength
and stabilization while enjoying the peaceful water and beach
environment. Paddleboarding alone requires recruitment of the deep
stabilizing muscles of the pelvis and spine to balance on the water.
Combine pilates with paddleboarding to further challenge and enhance
your core muscle strength. Strengthen, lengthen and sculpt your muscles
with a full range of Pilates exercises like the roll up, single leg
stretch, and kneeling side leg series (especially challenging requiring
scapular and pelvic stability). Beginner to advanced will find a
comfortable and challenging position in each class.
